A famed and beloved alternative San Diego cultural space is facing eviction. The Che Cafe on the campus of the University of California, San Diego has until Sunday to pack up and move before the campus officials likely bulldoze the place. But in a last ditch effort to save the coffeeshop, community center, and live music venue, celebrity musicians as well as a student coordinated campaign hope to stop its demise.
