A farewell Weatherford message from Chef/Owner Jerrett Joslin.... 6 years ago, I had a vision of opening a restaurant in Weatherford that served high-end steaks and fresh seafood from around the globe...1 year later, The Wild Mushroom was created. Now the chapter closes in Weatherford and will re-open in Fort Worth next month…. I have had great partners, excellent employees, a wonderful landlord, and the BEST customers an owner can ask for. I have also created friendships to last a lifetime. And for that I am eternally grateful… So I raise my glass and toast you and my family and say… Thank you. ~ Jerrett
