A favorite song of mine, the words are raw and hits me to my core of being every time. Learning to trust that my mind, body and soul has held on to my past to tightly, to the point of almost personal destruction.. yet that same strength that has caused so much struggle has the ability to release, heal, and show me ways to take what each moment brings in life.
