A fellow runner...Chad Rogers from Liberty MO. went for a run Monday evening and has not been seen or heard from since. He had no ID or phone on him when he left home. He is a seasoned runner having ran 11 marathons including Boston. We are all vulnerable as runners. Below is a FREE app. I downloaded it today. Please do the same.
