A few days ago I recognized my COACH OF THE YEAR. Today I want to recognize my CHALLENGER OF THE YEAR. This woman was told that her health was not good and she was headed down the path of medication if she didnt rise up. Well she did. When she reached out to me, she was determined to live her life full of health and happiness. She is NOT headed toward medication any longer...she is down 50 pounds...and she has set a 2015 goal of ANOTHER 50 POUNDS. I have NO doubt she will continue to be UNSTOPPABLE. I am SO proud of you, LaMona Albertson. Its been a joy watching you chase your dreams. Love ya!!
