A few days ago I went to a big box home improvement store to make a purchase. I know shame on me for making that mistake! My experience at the big box is testimony to why shopping a neighborhood convenient store like Home & Garden True Value is a better choice. Ill tell you why. I knew exactly what I wanted. I had quantity, price and the stores specific item number. I knew they had it from their online inventory data. I was able to make the purchase and pay in about 10 minutes. It then took 90 minutes and 5 employees later to find the product for me. It was painful, frustrating and time consuming. At our store everyone knows where to find the product. You will be out with product in hand quickly so you can get back to finish your project and then have time for something else. But that is just part of the story and only one reason to shop your locally owned hardware store. There is more to the story that I will share later. Kevin
