A few motivational words from me.................... I cant remember how old i was when my mom quite her job after serving 13 years as a Domestic Worker She was tired of all the shii those people were putting her through She persued her lifetime dream career of being able the needy, through healthcare, as a nurse. I got expelled from high school sometime after. She continued supporting and providing for me. 2011 she decided to go for her matric certificate and did so successively in 2012 after 2 years of studying. Her highest academic qualification was grade 11, where she dropped out. She worked as a homecare nurse for a while before she quit again to take her profession My mom is currently studying as a full-time student at CPUT Cape Town Campus, doing her 1st year at 45 turning 46. Although she didnt get accepted for the course she wanted, but rather for an alternative course, shes still doing her best and hopes to change to her prefered course next year. Now yall know where all my inspiration and motivation comes from. Now yall know where that hardworking spirit comes from. Now yall know why i take my shii serious. Now yall know im not just doing this music for myself. And at 19 years, turning 20, im slowly learning the true meaning of responsibility coz now im the provider at home. It feels good being able to open my wallet and give my mom cash for some of the things she needs. But i wanna be able to provide everything she needs from here on out Next time you try to judge a brother, you should realise you dont know what the f*ck that dude been through.. Next you try to complain, you should realise that a 45 year old is showing you how its done, so shut the f*ck up. Good morning :).. Stay #BlessedAndHighlyFavoured O:)
