A few new rules from the DMV on driverless cars: No Sleeping behind the wheel (hard to believe this needs to be stated) Each operator must report any accident or any incident that requires the operator to override the computer and take over $5M worth of liability insurance to put each of these on the road. I think we are in for a few interesting years ahead when we start mixing computers driving cars with people driving cars. Imagine seeing humans arguing with computers on the side of the road over who was at fault.
