A few things: 1) Literally everything is chemicals. The ingredients of an apple is not just apple. Its a lot more complex than that, and Im sure a lot of people wouldnt know what a lot of those do/how to pronounce those. Its the same with everything in the world ever. 2) A compound that is naturally occurring (formaldehyde for example) is the exact same compound if it is synthesized in a lab. Theyre the exact same molecule. They behave the exact same way. Theyre the exact same thing. 3) Just because its natural doesnt mean its good for you (because plant defense mechanisms are a thing; theyre not made for us. They want to survive on this planet just like we do), and just because its synthesized doesnt mean its bad for you. These are all facts. Not perspectives. Not opinions. Not beliefs. To think otherwise is just ignorant. This has been a PSA.
