A few weeks ago David Fletcher who is head of xpastor.org (a national ministry for Executive Pastors throughout the USA and who is also a part of the EFCA Executive Pastor Think Tank asked me to share my thoughts about my Sabbatical last summer to help other Pastors and Churches understand the value of this time.
