A few weeks ago, we went to trial on a personal injury car accident case in Douglas County. The jury awarded our client nearly THREE TIMES the last offer from the insurance company. When the insurance company’s “final offer” was $6,000.00, we said NO THANK YOU and took them to court. Guess what? The jury awarded our client $17,000.00 While most of our cases involve higher stakes and very serious injuries, we don’t shy away from taking smaller cases to court, either.
