A few years ago when I first heard that spinach could be added to smoothies... and it tastes so good even children would eat it... I was skeptical. Somewhere along the line though I began making smoothies myself with almost two cups of fresh spinach in the mornings... It made such a huge difference to my own health and vitality yet tasted so good with banana, (alternative to) milk, oats, cacao, stevia or raw honey I stopped constantly craving chocolate. And the bonuses were that I was fuller for longer and it was all wholesome ingredients!
