A former Cape Vincent teenager faces up to four years in state prison after admitting Friday in Jefferson County Court that he stole a vehicle six days after pleading guilty in court to a charge that he robbed a Cape Vincent business while displaying a gun. Rafael E. Cabrera-Jones, 18, pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny. He had been accused of stealing a 2006 GMC Envoy from Jennifer Law on May 11 in the town of Pamelia. wdt.me/zGxNcW
