A friend gave me some fresh bluefin so I made a lean protein snack👌I normally dont snack much at all since it tends to add up on calories, but when I do, I try to opt for some type of lean protein. Sushi tends to be a lot in my weight loss diet as its low in calories (minus the white sauces and mayo). Going to make some seared tuna next. I have no idea what Im doing. I saw it on tv and just made an attempt but it came out great. Cooking at home allows me to control my portions to reach my goals. You can use any tuna to make this seared tuna fish. Simply put some roasts black sesame seeds, garlic powder and black pepper on a plate, roll it and just pan fry on high heat for 30 seconds on each side. Let it rest for a few min then cut it up and put it on some micro greens to make it fancy. I used an unagi dipping sauce. Quick, easy, and healthy👌 #lean #bluefin #seared #healthy
