A friend of mine has been going on and on about this guy for at least a year. I have to confess that I am pretty jaded when it comes to speakers, events and product. It all seems overblown hype. Spiritual smoke and mirrors. Lots of verbiage, no content. Anyhow he persuaded me to go to a Cooke event [ well he paid for me ], and it blew me away. I saw this book and was reading the back of the jacket when a guy next to me said: that book absolutely saved my life. He told me how. I was intrigued, but still too skeptical to buy it. He took the book out of my hand and gave it to the cashier and bought it for me. It has changed my life by giving me a view of God and me in the same space. I learned things about the Lord that I never knew even after twenty years in church. I paid it forward by buying a copy for my dad. He and I are having some of the best conversation that we have ever had in our relationship. Thank you for this incredible comment, Nick! Hiddenness & Manifestation may look like a little book but its absolutely packed full of big and brilliant revelations in regards to what God is doing when He doesnt appear to be present.
