A friend of mine has been sharing videos with these types of touching moments of people giving and doing for others in kind and unreserved ways. His message is to remind us of the good things and good people on the planet instead of our focus being consumed by the bad, the horrid, the unjust and generally the negative in the world which there is an abundance of. This is not about ignoring what needs to be attended to, but rather be sure that you take notice and see and feel the good more than the bad. It feeds your soul, your heart and allows you to contribute back to others and in fact to the world from your giving space. This will energize the cycle of loving and caring with very little effort on your part except to see and feel the good in others allow that to be what you contribute in the world.
