A friendly reminder that all the 4WD and AWD in the world doesnt mean much with summer/performance tires on your car. A RWD car with snow tires would be better than a Jeep with summer tires. Many of you have some sort of all-season tires, and if you deal with a lot of snow, thats not enough either. Snow tires have a different rubber compound that stays soft in cold temperatures. I dont deal with a lot of snow these days, but if I still lived in Cleveland, Id have two sets of tires (one for snow season and one for the rest of the year).
