A gentle reminder to all friends and especially those participating in this Saturdays Competition (28 Jun 2014). Please do take note that Changi Beach is a no-tent area. Thus any tents erected at Changi Beach may be subjected to FINES by NParks. The same goes for hammocks. Only groundsheets are allowed to be used. Participants are to prepare your own rigs, baits, etc. As none shall be provided for you during the day of competition. You may also wish to come early to book your favourite spots. Registration for the comp shall start at midnight on 28 Jun 2014. Please practice cleanliness at all times. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our beaches. SSCC shall not bear responsibility for any littering FINES issued to anyone. Wet weather is unavoidable. If it occurs, please be safe and stop all fishing activities. Those with vehicles are strictly advised to park your vehicles at the proper parking lots which are available at Carparks 6 & 7. Enforcement officers may be going on rounds to issue summons for those who park others than in the designated areas. Lastly, have fun and all the best of luck to all participants! 😊👍
