A global pharmaceutical corporation located in the 5th settlement is seeking to hire a female Sales Admin to support both the Medical and Corporate affairs departments with the following qualifications: •4-5 years’ medical experience. •Fluent English. •Presentable. •Lives near 5th settlement. •Female is a must. Medical Tasks •Support the Medical team in logistics related to their business travels (accommodation, Visa, Flight details) •Support the Medical educators team in their Logistic needs (Meeting arrangements for Diabetes conversation Map sessions), meeting room booking •Shopping cart processing for Patient support Program (Call center Raya monthly POs and Invoice handling) •Medical meetings arrangement (Advisory boards for all the Therapeutic areas (Meeting room booking, logistics, preparing the contracts for the Speakers with Guitta , sending the IN forms to the Drs and contract archiving as well as shoping card initiation for these meetings) •PMAP submissions for items related to corporate affairs •Scientific E-change meeting support including all the logistics related to the meeting (Meeting room, hotel booking, flight arrangement of Lilly Medical staff and the Speakers and attendees, IN letters preparation and sending, uploading of all the items related to the meeting on the collaboration site •Travel tracker recording for all the BUSINESS travels of the team Corporate affairs Tasks •KAM activities &event management with external customers (shopping carts, hotel accommodation ,visa, Meeting room booking, logistics, preparing the contracts for the Speakers with Guitta , sending the IN forms to the Drs and contract archiving as well as shopping card initiation for these meetings….etc) •the CA/KAM team in logistics related to their business travels (accommodation, Visa, Flight details) •Communication /PR tasks for corporate affairs tasks internal& external (communicate with the region, communicate with the vendors, contract the vendor, and ensure approvals, PMAP submissions for items related to corporate affairs, archiving….etc) •Communication /PR tasks for Marketing team all TAs (communicate with the region, ensure approvals, PMAP submissions for items related to marketing, archiving….etc) •GA tasks; (MOH script/editing/formatting letters, translation to letters and media coverage, sending fax or emails to MOH…etc) •Newsletter tasks (contract the vendor, gathering all functional heads inputs on quarterly basis and communicate with the advertising agency to issue the letter, artwork, follow up…etc) Interested applicants are required to send their CVs to apply@smartmea quoting “Sales Admin FB” in the e-mail subject
