A good Christian friend recently asked so Stan how much of this is strength & how much mental? Great question.. I dont know.. Unless U hook up a bunch of instruments & test every bend, break, tear, piece of (steel, cards, phone books, etc), & All of it varies in consistency, Ull never get an accurate assessment .. only assumption.. My best answer 4 me personally is its a combination of spiritual, physical, mental, strength. passion.. 4 me its All about my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ who gives the wisdom, knowledge, inspiration, passion, adrenaline, ability, strength, training technique/endurance, commitment, etc, necessary to achieve the result. I appreciate when people ask, but the truth is I dont know.. Only God knows 100%.. a scientist whos studied every person, every feat, every piece of steel, phone book, deck of cards.. every time its done over many years, & then he or she is only scratching the surface of accurate explanation.
