A good point was raised…we should separate the personal information from the answers. When you fill in and submit a form it is automatically separated by an analytical program. We never see the answer with the name. Two separate data sheets are created. One that shows the results to each question and another of names and contact info. When done in person the form is cut on that line and each piece is deposited in a separate envelop. So your answers are not associated with your name. So no scared…and remember there is no right or wrong answer. Its like a petition or like taking a vote of what our people want….
