A great day at Hadlow Collage unaffiliated Showjumping! No red ribbons to report but a nice 4th and some rather meaty tracks! A bit hairy to start this morning as our dearly beloved lorry could have done with a shot of caffeine....Dad to the rescue with a big battery boost and off we went! The 85cm went brilliantly! A gorgeous clear round however, rider navigation errors AGAIN meant we got an unfortunate 4 - there was no way to avoid crossing our tacks, I tried! The 95cm was a good track, and I was so chuffed! Just had a pole at the upright number 7, I held him a little bit too much. Due to a small number in the class it meant we still came 4th! Over the moon, and our showjumping is getting there. Compared to last week, a huge improvement and a big step in the right direction! A huge thank you again to Mummy and Daddy, top grooms and support and camera man and a Huge Huge well done to Sue French and Freya that came home with not 1, but 2 shiny red ribbons!!
