A great day at Wark town hall in Northumberland running a workshop with some very skilled and interesting people. Everyone left with Shiitake logs and Elm Oyster toilet rolls. Oz and I really enjoyed all the abundant questions and left with some interesting topics to delve into and some good techniques to bring into our own work. Thanks to Peter Samsom for setting the whole thing up and for some super hospitality. We look forward to visiting again!
