A great day with new friends yesterday. Georgia and I drove to Morelia, did a bit of shopping (at Costco!), then met up with some of her friends. We went out for burgers (mine was lamb, with a Thai salad on the side) and then enjoyed a wonderful free concert by the University of Michoacans Chamber Orchestra. Loved the Grieg Suite Opus 40! After dessert, coffee and conversation at Jim & Vals, we drove back to Arocutin, arriving after midnight.
