A great fried of mine passed away June 29th. A Vietnam veteran who was drenched in "Agent Orange" . My beloved nephew, Ray Sander, died a few years ago for same reason. Both were in the prime of life and left behind wives children and grandchildren. Our government could not care less about our soldiers who fight and put their lives on the line to fight to free people ruled by dictators. Our government should not enter into any war to free people who do not want to be free. We should fight only when we or our close allies are being threatened. Our young men and women should not join the military until our government acknowledges and implement this attitude. Thousands of physically maimed and emotionally crippled soldiers that fought in Iraq are suffering while Iraq goes back to their previous state . Afghanistan next. Our religious leaders and parents should counsel our young men and women about when to fight and for whom to fight. Nationalism should not alone determine when and whom we should fight. Just my opinion.
