A great testimonial I wanted to share. I just have to say how much I love doTerra again! I started my doTERRA journey in august with the LLV (Lifelong Vitality Pack) and Home Essentials kit. Between taking the LLV daily and replacing my lemon juice in hot water or a glass of tea with the lemon oil and other lifestyle changes the difference is amazing. Last year I got discouraged after working out regularly and watching what I ate only to find the I have horrible genes and my cholesterol shot up to 223 and the dietician/dr told me there was nothing I could do I had a bad hand. I was anemic and had absolutely no energy which carried over and effected ever area of my life! I also ended up with slightly elevated liver enzymes. I had bloodwork done on Saturday and thanks to doTERRA my cholesterol is down 21 points! My liver enzymes are back within normal range after I cut them in half! my Iron and hemoglobin is where is should be for the first time in YEARS! My LDL and triglycerides are down and within normal ranges and my HDL is up!! I feel the best I have felt in a LONG time!!!! Im so thankful that Megan (Discover New Health) brought me into the doTerra family! Someone asked her further what she does and this is what she said. I take the LLV and Mito2Max and then my morning glass of tea with lemon oil and sometimes cinnamon powder (I dont have the oil). Really just trying to eat as clean as possible and in the nicer weather I try to walk or run but I must admit its starting to get cold here in PA so I kinda go in hibernation mode! I also like to add any of the citrus oils to my water throughout the day and drink some without. Also really trying to eliminate toxins in my home and daily routine. I also love Balance to keep my anxiety at bay and Serenity to help me sleep. On Guard is great to use as immune support/preventative and taste great on popcorn!
