A great thing about books.. While working for the NYC Bd Of Ed, as a school safety officer, I had the pleasure and the privilege of recommending a few of my favorite books to some students; and, yknow? Quite a few actually read them.. Once, a potential knucklehead became involved with a young lady; and, because of her, he was logging more time, with a book, as well, as with her! They were both reading the same book together-AND-one of my very favorites, THE MALTESE FALCON, by Dashiell Hammett..! Power of the written word..
