A group of local and international CSOs including The NGO Forum, Oxfam, SVC, NTFP, PKH, OPKC, CLEC, AFD, HA and CED in collaboration with Ministry of Environment conducted a Regional Workshop on “Dissemination of Inter-Ministerial Proclamation on Strengthening Economic Land Concession Management” on November 12, at Ratanak City Hotel, Ratanakiri province. The workshop aims to raising awareness regarding new government measurement to strengthen ELC Management to sub-national authorities, NGOs, and Communities. There are around 120 participants from local authorities, competent departments, provincial authorities, 8 community representatives from 5 provinces Kratie, Kampong Thom, Preah Vihear, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri.
