First world problem of the day: Our power goes out and I immediately notice Austin Energy man dash into his truck and drive away. The sensitive, caring man drove away while I rushed to his truck, 3 yr old in arms....violins playing behind me. We call Austin Energy to find out they did turn off our power in an error/glitch on our account. Austin Energy men come back to restore power (at least this time they sent their best looking electricians) and they turn power back on. Now I go to turn on the sink, and yes, no water. Someone was sent from the water dept. to turn off the water after our power was turned on. Same error on their end. They better send Ryan Gosling this time. Awesome.....
