A high-volume week = everything is sore. Been gaining about 1-2lb. in lean muscle mass per month, and for the most part, I have been staying on track. I can remember holding steady at 145 while cycling/racing, so it feels weird to have just passed 170. There is hope for skinny guys after all, if they so desire, haha. As usual, it came down to eating well, and being consistent. Do you have a progress story?
