A huge thank you to everyone who helped get this peoples page to the 2,000 Like mark. Lets all keep working hard to mark 2015 the year that the people of Ireland showed the rest of the world that it IS possible to take your country back out of the hands of the banks and the political corrupt. Austerity (and all those behind it) is one of our biggest enemies right now and together we have the numbers to fight it. Please try stay shoulder to shoulder and support those who are trying to organise Groups, Pages, Protests, Demonstrations, meetings, and other forms of civil disobedience against this provisional government. Each and everyone of us on our Island is getting more educated day by day about what has been going on inside Leinster House over the last few years. Very few of us are trained experts in organizing civil disobedience so with this in mind, Lets take care not to be overly negative or too critical to those who are trying but join in and help them achieve our common goal. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (I seen these wise words printed online and it can apply to all of us...) Those who say it cannot be done should step out of the way of those who are already doing it Lets not make it difficult for them either by presenting numerous potentially negative, obstacles in their way either. Support and promote their efforts every chance you get even if you are not fully in agreement of how they do it at the time.. Maybe next time you could organise one your way. Lets keep building this movement. I guess its a case of asking some people not be part of the problem but be part of the solution. Personally.. I find it heartbreaking to see groups split and decide to go it alone at a time when the Irish people need unity more than ever. This Irish movement is so much bigger than one Group, Page, Site or Independent politician. We have nothing to lose by getting involved but have everything to lose by sitting at home online criticizing other peoples ideas and attempts to bring down this provisional government. Be part of the fight alongside all our brothers and sisters on our precious island and stay the course. (MG)
