A jealous Tosh will viciously attack her girlfriend Tina Carter on EastEnders next month, causing the couple to make a big decision about their future. The latest problems for the pair are triggered as Tina (Luisa Bradshaw-White) tries to support her friend Sonia Fowler through her recent issues. Knowing how Tosh feels about her friendship with Sonia, Tina is forced to lie to her when she visits the hospital following Sonias shock collapse at The Vic. Knowing that she is lying, Tosh later confronts Tina and declares that they cant carry on as they are, so she is putting in for a transfer at work in order to move to Croydon. With Tinas family unhappy about her and Toshs decision to leave Walford, Aunt Babe tells Shirley that she has a plan to sort out Tosh and Tinas relationship. When Tina goes to see Sonia in order to offer her more support, they start to discuss the charity money that Sonia stole and Tina generously offers to help pay it back. However, as the two women say goodbye to each other, Tosh is furious to see them hugging. Toshs anger increases when she learns of Tinas plans to help Sonia pay off her debt and instantly assumes something is going on between them. As Tosh furiously lashes out at Tina, Aunt Babe - who has been watching the house - rushes over as she hears screams. Aunt Babe struggles to open the door to come to Tinas aid, and is horrified when Tina emerges bruised and bleeding. In the aftermath of the attack, the Carters are all disgusted by what has happened to Tina as she ignores Toshs desperate attempts to get in touch. When Tosh arrives at The Vic, Shirley angrily lashes out at her but knowing she needs to face Tosh eventually, Tina decides to speak to her alone. Although Shirley is worried that Tina will forgive Tosh once again, it is clear that Tina has had time to think and the couple reach a big decision on their future. Will they stay together, or is it over for them? EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday 8, Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 December on BBC One.
