A key on the laptop has now gone missing, so sometimes of late that has been a bit hit and miss as to whether it decides to display on screen, thats another one gone to join the 4 and R key... [lol] Lils been over today with William, they have been on holiday in Austria for a week or two from what I can gather. They are having problems getting the money or something for some project they were planning, I dunno, Ive sort of heard bits and pieces of it... they have a large house and wanted to downsize, buying a small property in Alvescot and extending it to their needs then selling the one they have... but obviously having two mortgages on one property doesnt suit the banks much either and its not in their interests, thats just daft, especially if they cant get it back or if some venture fails, that then means they end up with the ability to borrow twice as much as the property is worth, and equally the more the borrow the more theyd have to pay... Thy might be able to release upto a certain percent of their current mortgage as equity and renegotiate the rate I think is what the bank is saying... equally in a tight fisted world its not impossible to believe they may be being muscled out because the manager has now seen the opportunity for himself. Equally as the prices go up slightly maybe they are wondering if the large property they have at the moment has as much demand anymore, though possibly some landlord might want to buy it to rent to young members of the armd forces at Brize or something... theyd possibly have to do some sort of tester Anyone interested? type evaluation if in doubt. I dunno its all a bit vague details wise.
