A large bedroom room is available for rent in my Narangba home. The house is quite roomy with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, plus a large outdoor entertaining area on a 1/4 acre. The home is fully furnished, with an exception of the bedroom for rent and the second living area (located at rear of house) as this is a shared space available for you to set up as a lounge. You will be living with myself (clean and tidy, professionally employed, single female, late-20’s) and one other housemate (employed, single male, late-20’s). We are friendly and easy going people who like to relax n catch up when we can over a drink or dinner but also like our own space. I also have two gorgeous dogs that predominantly live outside and are well trained, mannered and natured. I am looking for someone long term, who is reliable, must be employed, non-smoker, respectful of others and obviously neat and tidy as I also take quite good care of my home. As long as you are dog friendly, and easy to get along with, I am open to all applicants. The bedroom is located at the rear of the house, has a ceiling fan, neutral feature wall and is 3.2m x 2.9m with a built-in wardrobe. The large bathroom is located at the rear of the house and has a separate shower and large bath. This bathroom and toilet will be shared between yourself and one other clean and tidy male. Rent is $190 per week and includes unlimited internet/Wi-Fi and utilities (water and electricity). Off street parking is also available for a car or secure parking for a motorcycle. A main route bus stop is located 3 doors down from the house and the Narangba train station is also 5 minute drive away. Woolworths is located at the end of our street along with a bank, chemist, tavern, gym, bakery, fast food outlets etc. Westfield North Lakes and Morayfield Shopping Centre are both a 10 minute drive away also.
