A lazy day of watching movies, with my wonderful grandson who is home sick from school today, is the only item on todays agenda! Last night was a rough one for us both. I woke up sobbing and came to the living room to right to Jack. My grandson heard me crying and came to investigate. He found me in a heap on the floor, hysterically crying and writing to Papa in my journal. He asked if I was alright and all I could do is stare blankly at him with tears and snot streaming down my face. He quietly sat on the floor beside me and placed his hand on my shoulder. I lay my head in his little lao and continued crying. Eventually, he helped me put the scattered journal I had tossed back together, sat with me while I made a cup of tea, and coaxed me back to bed. We cuddled until sleep overtook us. Were both a bit ragged today, and completely emotionally drained, but were okay. I see naps in our immediate future! Blessed Be the love of our grandchildren!
