A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way - John Maxwell. I would like to pay tribute and honour my ex-boss, Phyllis Cheung, who exhibits these great attributes. For the past 20 months in McDonalds, I have been very blessed to work under a dynamic and charismatic leader who demonstrates outstanding organizational stewardship. She has inspired me constantly with her strong leadership competence as well as confidence. In addition, she has taught me many valuable leadership traits that will last a lifetime. Phyllis, thank you for being a wonderful boss, coach, mentor and friend. All the best in your new role as the MD for China. I am confident you will soar high in McDonalds and everywhere you go. It has been awesome working with you and you will be missed dearly! .
