A letter to Chloe: Just before the close of another precious day, I must share how much my life changed the day you were placed into my arms10 years ago today. Im so honored that God chose me to be your mommy. Because of you my love, Ive learned to appreciate the small things, because they carry meaningful lessons that have helped to prepare my lifes journey. I understand that friendship works well when youre willing to contribute to the relationship. Ive learned to trust love and understand its meaning. Ive also learned that God is real and trusting him is crazy crucial. I pray as you get older you will understand the sacrifices your mommy made because a mothers love has no limits. I recently asked your forgiveness for not always tucking you in because Im either rushing home from an evening class, or missing an important event not to mention the days I ask your auntie to act as my backup when youre either sick or have an event at school. Sometimes its because I didnt always read the 50th activity page sent home from school that day and I needed the next best person to stand in my place. Although, you would be extremely happy to see your aunt she would always remind me that you always looked for me to be there. ((Tear)). I pray you oneday understand that every effort was because I love you and wanted nothing but the very best life for my precious darling, and every time I missed a special event or one of your stay at home days a piece of me went missing. Chloé, you are the very air I breath and you make my life whole. Thank you, thank you for loving me. Your father E.O David and I love you more than life! Happy 10th Birthday baby girl!
