A little Jump Rope workout on my Birthday the goal is 2do 60 jumps under 1minute there are many different Jump Rope Version in my Classes you can use any size rope from 1inch to 1.5 inch and the 2inch Jump Rope would be the hardest to do today I willB Demonstrating 2inch Jump Rope doing it backwards and will cover other Version in the future and I dont really care how do your 60 jumps under a minute! As long as U do it under a 1minute by doing it under 1minute makes a huge differences and I mean HUGE difference and I only have about 5 people who can do the 2inch Jump Rope thats why we Call it Xtreme! If U cant do correctly in beginning we can clean up your mistakes and work on your flaws later and if your good the 2inch jump rope wont be a problem otherwise U hav2 scale down one size to a 1.5 or 1inch Jump Rope. In this video its good but couldB better I waste a lot of energy and effort counting my jumps to myself. The Jump Rope in my Total Xtreme Fitness Classes that will improve ones over Heath if properly done correctly the benefits R strengthens hand grip, calves, feet strength, metabolic conditioning, great 4 looking for muscles imbalance, and excellent 4 fat burning.
