A little concerned about my buddy Swiper Doxy. He has been on prednesone for the last two weeks because he has had some muscle loss on his head, giving him a more skull like appearance. It is doing the usual prednesone things, like making him really really hungry. But it is also making him sleep a little bit more and he doesnt want to jump up on the couch or my bed, choosing instead to sleep on his floor pillow by my side all day. He still likes to play with his frisbee and when I took him out today, he exhausted himself yelling at some skateboarders. He also makes a slight crying type noise every so often, which may be that he is hungry. He is my buddy and he is so special to me right now. Hoping he is OK and I expect him to be, but I want him happy, not sad.
