A little humor to brighten the day We know that hearing loss is a serious matter, but sometimes a little humor can go a long way. We’re not opposed to some light-hearted jokes, and we thought we would share a few that we’ve come across: #1 A man was telling his neighbor, I just bought a new hearing aid. It cost me $4,000, but its state of the art. All my hearing problems are over. Thats great, answered the neighbor. What kind is it? Twelve-thirty. ------------------------------------------------------- #2 Seems an elderly gentleman had serious hearing problems for a number of years. He went to the doctor and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a set of hearing aids that allowed the gentleman to hear 100%. The elderly gentleman went back in a month to the doctor and the doctor said, Your hearing is perfect. Your family must be really pleased that you can hear again. To which the gentleman said, Oh, I havent told my family yet. I just sit around and listen to the conversations.
