A little long... Well worth the read to get your through the holidays.. Food, Food, please stop calling my name… Life is busy! or is that an understatement! Family events, work events, and social events all having one thing in common. Food, lots and lots of food. Everywhere you go there is food. The holidays even more so, bring out all those thick, rich, scrumptious desserts, appetizers wrapped in that flaky, melt in your mouth Filo pastry, or deep fried in 1000 gallons of oil and all those sensuous dips that have oh so much cream and butter. You go to these events with the best intentions of staying away or limiting these goodies, with the plan to stick to the veggie tray then BAM! Those luscious delights wrapped in filo pastry are winking at you, those deep fried nibbles are calling your name and before you know it you’re tasting everything. It is melt in your mouth heaven. Then....on your way home from the event or the next morning the I am not going to do that again starts. You feel like a stuffed sausage... You swear you wont do it again..then comes the next event and BAM. The cycle repeats itself. I hear this all the time. Women complaining about all the food around the holiday season. Knowing they will overeat, despite their best intentions, knowing they will feel like a stuffed sausage. The problem is they are enjoying the time during the holiday is it the regret after, the feeling of why did I do this again, why cant I ever stop that works against them. They then get depressed, beat themselves up and ask themselves Why did I do that again Why cant I just stop. They are frustrated; they keep going down that dark hole of overeating and an unhealthy lifestyle. Well, you know I say “Enough”! I hate seeing this happen to women. So I decided to do something about it. I decided to help women get their eating habits under control once and for all. I am going to show them how to “Lose that Holiday Weight” - how to keep it off, how to stop beating themselves up and how to feel really good about what, when, why and how they eat. Right after the holidays I am hosting a webinar that you will want to attend. Together, I will help you Lose that Holiday Weight - Once and for All. Join me on Tuesday January 6th at 7pm Eastern! womengrowingstrong/losethatholidayweight
