A little motivation for Today:)...This video is 3 weeks ago,I deadlifted 118 kg x3 then 125 was my PR...So soon Ill be deadlifting 130 kg and Up...Besides fat loss, and having curves ,heart and bone health ..why woman should lift? Well all of us want to feel strong, determined, and confident in everything we do,from fitting into jeans, to moving heavy furniture, to playing with kids, to dealing with a stressful career so put lifting in your fitness plan and feel stronger, healthier, and more confident! P:S lifting heavy doesnt happens in a day ,it takes time and dedication but if u want it u can easily get it!!! Self esteem and Power of will Ladies.. Have a nice day ya all❤️
