We found someone who is willing to do it at a great price. We should have everything back from them in a few days. The building steel has been ordered and should arrive early October. The plumbing plans are almost complete and the electrical plans should be done in about 2 weeks. Then all the plans get submitted for final permits. Thank you all for your support
