A little xmas-eve dinner that Olivier put together (since we are eating really rich foods all this week, Olivier’s mission was to make something on the light side)… Appetiser: Baked samosas of fig & Duck smoked breast with avocado sauce Main course: Roasted fresh Scallops with jellied diced granny smith apple and basil topped with fresh organic goat cheese Yummy and light!
