A lot of people are making broth in preperation for a month of good health and healing which is totally awesome! There is no one perfect broth recipe but a few essentials include bones (of any type) water, a good quality salt, and apple cider vinegar. Everything else is up to you! Freeze in cups ( I use glad sandwich bags to store) to boost yumminess and nutrition in everyday dishes drink alone or with some extra noodles and meat as a soup to ,promote gut healing reduce inflammation, increase a strong immune system, memory boosting and brain function and just make you feel really bloody good! Ive since blown up my slow cooker and do it on the stove top now! One of my first video tutorials and you can look forward to more REAL (kids hitting me with fly swats and all) cooking tutes in the coming weeks
