A lot of people asked me for my secret(s) or tips after reading about my own personal transformation progress yesterday so I felt like sharing some of what I regard as tips seeing that I dont have any nor do I believe in quick fixes. I have a healthy lifestyle eating plan designed for me by Alet Lemmer, a challenging workout routine by Manie Lemmer Trainer and a playlist that NEVER gets old as I ONLY train with gospel music. When I crave something sweet, I have half a bar of either a USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition Protein Bar or an Evox Advanced Nutrition SA Bar and instead of coffee, I have the delicious Prochino - the protein kick in a cup that acts like a snack a well. Thats about as short as I can make it to explain how I got to the 1st 12kg drop in 6 weeks on my journey to my long term goal - its ALL about consistency and cutting out dairy!!
