A lot of people have asked me recently about an easier way to lose weight. Is it possible that all I have to do is drink ___ and the weight will come off? The answer is yes and no. You may lose weight, mostly water, from ingredients like stimulants, caffeine, etc. temporarily but you WILL regain that weight once you stop drinking it. Nothing changes if nothing changes. If you want to change your body and your health you only have to do a few simple things: 1. MOVE YOUR BODY EVERY DAY. Go for a walk at lunch, dance with your children, get your heart rate up. 2. CHOOSE NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS. If you cant pronounce it, dont eat it. Cook, carry healthy snacks with you always. Supplement with dense nutrition to make up for whatever your food lacks. Drink water- period. 3. SLEEP. Your body needs rest, thats when the magic happens. 4. BE ACCOUNTABLE. Everyone needs someone to cheer them on, to make sure that they show up and push play. I have removed 14 lbs in the past 7 weeks by eating, breathing and moving AND checking in with my support group everyday. I am in the company of literally hundreds of people that I can call on at any time of day for encouragement and advice. Thats what is working for me and to me that is priceless.
