A lot of people have been asking me to post my food diary to show what im eating and how im losing so fast. The problem is my Diet is extremely controversial and you need to do your own research on it. No it does not cause heart disease or high blood pressure. It lowers your cholesterol, has been known to cure Diabities and epilepsy and is slowly becoming the next big thing to take over the SAD (Standard American Diet) I eat under 20g of carbs a day therefore i need to find my energy from somewhere else so i turn to fat. Fat is not bad for you, you should not fear it. There have been numerous studies done by world renound heart surgeons and doctors that claim its the other way around. FAT is healthy (No not just avocados, BACON AND BUTTER!!), Processed carbs etc are the things that cause heart disease and high cholesterol. With that said = here is what my day looks like!! Breakfast - 2 eggs any style with 8 strips of bacon and a bulletproof coffee (Coffee with butter in it) Lunch - Being in ketosis I only eat 1 or 2 meals a day, feeding on fat instead of carbs keeps you full so much longer and im never hungry for lunch anymore. Dinner - Chicken breast covered in herb and garlic cream cheese wrapped in bacon served with steamed broccoli Snack - Broccoli and Dip Day 2: 2 eggs 2 sausages 5 strips of bacon Homemade low carb tomato feta soup Broiled salmon covered in dill cream cheese served with some kind of fat and veggies. I hope this clears some things up and doesnt start controversy, I dont like to talk about my diet or meal plans because it can be criticized and having a severe mental illness i stray away from controversy i cant handle it. That is why i ask before you critique my diet you do the research necessary on what causes heart disease, what causes high cholesterol and how many amazing men and women have lost 3-400lbs from eating this way!
