A lot of people hear so many things regarding dieting, nutrition, training etc. etc. that they end up spending their 95% of their time worrying about things that may make a 5% difference. Example: Waking up early to do cardio on an empty stomach because they heard it burns more fat, and then not eating beans because they were told by a Paleo/Bulletproof guy that beans arent good for your stomach. It might sound stupid as shit but these things are really the 0-5%, so its basically like having your car stolen and spending 95% of your time worrying about getting your rear left taillight bulb back. (If you read this over again it also applies to life in general)
