A lot of people often ask if were attending some concert or something when we post up photos taken at the church. Heres my take on that. Initially, I was kinda skeptical about all these so-called MEGA churches. So, I attended New Creation Church by the invitation of my dear housemate, thinking that yeah, probably theyd give a lot of emphasis on prosperity, healing, etc, as many perceive the MEGA churches do these days. On the concert-like setup: If we ever think human beings, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, or whosoever, deserve the center of the stage and all the limelight, what do you think God, the Creator of heaven and the earth, deserves? We never stresses the importance of the venue and all the ornaments. Theyre merely instruments that we use and we need a place big and comfortable enough to accommodation the people. Let us not be taken away by all those and let us remember that worship touches all aspects of our life. On blessings: I was proven wrong by God through the anointed Pastor Princes sermons. Each week in brings more and more revelations to Gods love for us and what He has in store for us. If our father on earth always strive to prosper his children, what more our God in heaven could do for us, for Hes given His only begotten Son, Jesus, to die in our place, so that we could call Him, Abba Father. But should God blesses us with prosperity in terms of monetary, it is for us to share the blessings with others, so that in all we do, Jesus name be glorified. On churches: You should instead question a church when not Jesus and the gospel of His grace is being preached. I thank God that through Pastor Joseph Prince, many get to know Jesus, the real Jesus, better and better. His audio, video, and book ministries have greater reach than ever. And I just love how he strives to empower other pastors and churches to center our attention on the Gospel of Grace, back to Jesus.
